  • 150g Roquefort cheese
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 Batavia
  • walnuts
Receipt :

Prepare a vinaigrette with mashed Roquefort (around 50g – 0.11lb), oil, vinegar, lemon, mustard, salt and pepper. Clean and wash a big Batavia.
Put it in a salad bowl with the Roquefort cut into small pieces and walnuts.
