  • Farmhouse bread
  • Roquefort cheese
  • Petits-suisses (thick fromage frais sold in small individual portions)
  • Crushed walnuts
Receipt :

Mix the Roquefort and the Petits-suisses with a fork, and add the crushed walnuts.

Apply the mixture on the slices of bread, and put in the oven for a few minutes in order to make them brown.

Serve with drinks or with a lettuce.
