75 gr. Roquefort cheese generously sprinkled with parsley

2 avocados

1 lemon, 4 black olives

A few lettuce leaves

Olive oil

Receipt :

Mash the Roquefort cheese to a puree. Make a vinaigrette dressing with the olive oil, lemon and Roquefort puree. At the last minute, half avocados lengthways and remove the stones. Scoop the flesh out delicately with a spoon and sprinkle with lemon. Crush the flesh and incorporate the Roquefort vinaigrette dressing. Return to avocado skins and decorate with a black olive. Serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
