Muffins with Roquefort, pears and walnuts

Ingredient(s) :

130gr. Roquefort cheese
1 ripe pear
50g (0.11lb) crushed shelled walnuts
150gr. flour
3 eggs
2 tablespoons liquid whipping cream
salt, pepper and nutmeg
1/2 sachet of dehydrated baker’s yeast

Receipt :

1. Peel, deseed, and dice the peer.
2. In a mixing bowl, mix the flour.
3. Dig a little hole and pour into it the eggs, the cream, the diced carrots, the shelled walnuts and diced Roquefort. Mix and pour the mixture into muffin tins.
4. Cook 20 minutes in preheat oven to 200°C. Savour warm.
