Bacon fried with roquefort

For 4:
8 slices of bacon
150 gr. of Roquefort
2 table spoons of thick fresh cream<
1 table spoon of chopped chives
1 knob of butter

Receipt :

Preheat the grille. In a bowl, mash the Roquefort with a fork then add the cream ans chives. Add pepper and mix. Cut each slice of bacon in two widthwise. Remove the rind. Melt the butter in a frying pan and cook the bacon slices on both sides until well-browned. Place the slices of cooked bacon on a plate or baking tray, cover with the Roquefort mixture and leave under the grill for 2 minutes. Serve immediately accompanie with white rice.
