“Roquefort, celebrating a territory” is a regional event to the glory of the king of cheeses ! Created no later than 2019, it takes place on the second weekend of June and highlights the anchoring of the first French cheese PDO to its terroir, the belonging of all the actors in the sector – from the sheepfold to the plate! – to the same community of life, values and tastes. Street shows and conferences, culinary battles between great Chefs and tastings, landscape workshops and ephemeral installations, games for children, pyrotechnics, etc.
Roquefort in all its aspects, in a wonderful atmosphere. And of course, the Lacaune sheeps are part of the party !
